On January 19, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., a water leakage was detected in the basement. A water pipe had burst in the wall between the utility room and the boiler room. The leakage led to flooding of the entire basement, causing damage to stored items such as a tumble dryer and personal belongings.
The main water supply was immediately shut off, and a plumber was called for a provisional repair. Efforts were made to dry the area and prevent further damage.

On January 18, 2025, a "Trek PowerTrail 7" mountain bike, secured with a Kryptonite chain lock near Musterstadt train station, was stolen. The theft occurred between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with the broken lock found at the scene, indicating it was cut with bolt cutters.
The theft was reported to the police, and photos of the broken lock and surroundings were taken. The bike's value was €3,200, and a refund for the full price is requested.
